The program continues to attract students from The Advance Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ADCBT) equips students with advanced skills in CBT practice and application. It provides theoretical and practical training to prepare practitioners for effective therapeutic interventions, fostering innovation and ethical responsibility in the field of mental health.ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds as they recognize ways that Africana Studies provides them with a forum to examine the intellectual life, the historical experience, and the cultural understanding of one of this country’s largest racial minority groups.
About Program
Students in this program are introduced to advanced CBT methodologies, therapeutic strategies, and research practices. Guided by expert faculty, they receive hands-on training and supervision, developing the ability to apply CBT techniques in diverse clinical contexts while contributing to the advancement of evidence-based practice.

Eligibility Criteria
For Pakistani Nationals
- Minimum 16 years of education (M.Sc./BS in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related fields) with at least 1st Division or CGPA 2.5/4.0 from an HEC-recognized university.
- Eligible applicants may also include mental health professionals with relevant academic background.
- Candidates must pass the University Entry Test and an Interview conducted by the Department of Psychology.
