Laboratory Services

AAAS Diagnostic Labs provides a wide spectrum of laboratory testing, ranging from basic pathology to highly specialized molecular diagnostics. Services include:
  • Clinical Pathology – Complete blood count (CBC), urine/stool analysis, and body fluid examination.
  • Biochemistry – Blood glucose, kidney and liver function tests, lipid profile, electrolytes, and metabolic panels.
  • Microbiology – Culture and sensitivity testing (blood, urine, sputum, wound swabs), bacterial and fungal diagnostics.
  • Hematology – Coagulation profiles, blood grouping, and cross-matching for transfusions.
  • Immunology & Serology – HIV, Hepatitis A/B/C, Dengue, COVID-19, and allergy testing.
