Our Role & Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Exam Planning: Preparing examination schedules, collecting question papers from faculty under strict confidentiality, printing and securing papers, and managing hundreds of students at a time.
- Exam Management: Allocating seating plans, arranging invigilators, briefing staff, ensuring discipline in exam halls, and handling emergencies during exams.
- Mid & Finals Terms: Conducting multiple examination cycles each semester without disrupting the academic calendar.
- Result Compilation & Verification: Recording data systematically, checking for errors, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring the final results are accurate, clear, and published within deadlines.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining a large volume of student academic records, ensuring secure storage, and updating the system for future verification.
- Degrees, Transcripts & Certificates Processing: Managing hundreds of requests for provisional certificates, extracts of results, transcripts, degree completion certificates, and degrees, ensuring timely delivery.
- Faculty & Department Coordination: Regularly coordinating with teachers for marks submission, with departments for scheduling, and with administration for policy alignment.
- Student Support & Queries: Addressing exam-related concerns, rechecking requests, and facilitating students during stressful exam periods.
- Continuous Monitoring: Ensuring policies are followed, maintaining transparency, and constantly improving systems to handle growing academic workloads.
