Merit-Based Scholarships (BS Programs)

Merit Scholarship

Amount:  Up to 10% of tuition fee (for ≥ 80% marks).

Eligibility:  Matric/Intermediate transcripts; attach academic certificates and any distinction/position.
Application Process:  Apply during admission; upload documents with the scholarship form. Final decision by the Scholarship Committee.

Kinship Scholarship

Amount:  10% of tuition fee.

Eligibility:  Two or more siblings/spouse/parent–child enrolled at Riphah; attach valid proof of relationship.

Application Process:  Submit relationship form with supporting documents. Committee verification required.

Hifz Ul Quran Scholarship

Amount:  10% of tuition fee.

Eligibility:  Certified Hifz Ul Quran; attach sanad/certificate.

Need-Based Scholarship

Amount:  Percentage decided by the Scholarship Committee based on need.

Alumni Scholarship

Amount:  10% of tuition fee.

Eligibility:  Riphah alumni enrolling in a new academic program; attach alumni proof.

Dar-e-Arqam Schools & Colleges Scholarship

Amount:  10% of tuition fee.

Eligibility:  Matric completed at Dar-e-Arqam School System; attach proof (marks sheet/school letter).

Chairman/BOD Special Scholarship

Amount:  At the discretion of the Chairman/BOD (amount and duration may vary).
Eligibility:  Exceptional academic/character achievements or special circumstances.
Application Process:  Case-to-case approval upon recommendation and committee review.

Ummah International Scholarship

Amount:  10% of tuition fee.

Eligibility:  Matric completed at Ummah International School System; attach proof (marks sheet/school letter).

How to Apply

  1. Choose one scholarship: Students may apply for only one category.
  2. Complete the application: Fill the Scholarship Application Form (via Admissions/Student Affairs) and upload the required documents.
  3. Committee review: Verification & assessment by the Scholarship Committee.
  4. Decision notification: Issued via email/SMS and your student portal.
  5. Fee adjustment: Approved awards are applied to tuition invoices.

Processing Time: Applications are processed within one month from the date of submission.

  1. One scholarship per student: No dual scholarship awards.
  2. Change of program = cancellation: If a student changes the academic program, the award will be cancelled.
  3. Limited seats & competitive selection: Awards are granted to a limited number of students based on criteria and available funds.
  4. Committee decisions: Final and subject to verification and university policies.

  1. The University may increase fees (up to 10%) annually for Pharm-D and BS Nursing.
  2. Medical/clinical programs requiring hospital rotations will incur an additional Rs. 10,000 per relevant semester.
  3. The degree is issued at Convocation; Degree + Convocation fee is charged with the last semester.
  4. Miscellaneous fee: Rs. 5,000 for all BS programs; Rs. 10,000 for BS Nursing.
  5. BS Nursing registration fee: Rs. 10,000 per semester.
  6. Library security: Rs. 3,000 for BS programs; Rs. 5,000 for BS Nursing & Pharm-D (refundable).
  7. Internship charges (if applicable) are not included in the fee structure.
  8. Except library security, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
