Message from HOD
Management Sciences equips students with the mindset and tools to solve complex business problems and create sustainable value. At the Department of Management Sciences, we develop holistic professionals with strong academics, leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial drive—grounded in moral, social, cultural, and ethical values.
Think Strategically. Lead Ethically.
Our programs—BS (Accounting & Finance), BS (Digital Marketing), BBA (4-Years), MBA (Executive), MS (Management Sciences), MS (Accounting & Finance), and PhD (Management Sciences)—meet HEC and national accreditation standards. Through case-based learning, real projects, quantitative analysis, and modern business software, students master administration, strategy, project management, product development, market strategy, business research, and public administration.
About The Department
As a key academic unit of Riphah International University Faisalabad, the Department of Management Sciences advances the university’s mission by preparing principled, industry-ready graduates. Our offerings span undergraduate to doctoral levels, giving learners clear pathways for professional growth and research-led specialization.
Our curriculum is outcomes-based, aligned with HEC standards, and delivered through experiential methods: cases, simulations, consulting-style projects, internships, and faculty-mentored research. Emphasis on written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, and teamwork complements rigorous coverage of core business functions. Students gain hands-on proficiency with contemporary analytical and productivity tools used in modern organizations.
Guided by clear educational objectives, we: (1) build problem-solving techniques for sound decision-making; (2) require hands-on research; (3) provide broad exposure to business disciplines; (4) strengthen communication for analysis and diagnosis of business situations; (5) cultivate foresight about evolving organizations in Pakistan and beyond; and (6) foster innovative, entrepreneurial, and integrative thinking. Graduates pursue impactful careers across corporate, public, and social sectors—or continue to advanced research and academia.
